This is the second film in the series of adaptations of Ian Fleming’s spy books and is still considered by the critics to be one of the best Bond films. The film starts with 007, i.e. James Bond, the British secret agent played by Sean Connery, dealing with an attractive female killer in a suite at the Danieli Hotel and ends, romantically, with Bond and his latest conquest in a gondola under the Bridge of Sighs.
